REM Model 3750H, high speed, duplex center-surface rewinding for aluminum foil from 1 mil to 10 mil thick. Rewind capacity is 55" diameter x 10,000 lbs maximum.

REM Model 3750H duplex center-surface rewinding has a horrizonal rewind configuration and can easily be accessed from the front and rear of the slitter / rewinder.

REM Model 4520 driven, shaftless unwind supports a 55" diameter roll which weights up to 10,000 lbs. Standard features are dancer control, splice table, operator's platform between unwind & slitter.

REM's typical full base "unitized", steel construction features a full unwind base plate connected to a full 5" thick slitter base by heavy intermediate beams. This ensures maintained, alignment and integrity during shipment and installtion resulting in many years of production of high quality slit & rewound rolls.

A unique feature on this machine are a pair of heavy duty traversing, trim winders which are located at 90 degrees to the web path for easy access.
