REM Model 3250 series is a general purpose duplex slitter / rewinder with many standard features available such as minimum gap and center-surface rewinding, score, shear and razor slitting, quick change modular knife carts, 1, 2 or 3 motor drives, PLC's and full color operator interface. The 3250 is available in web widths up to 62" and rewind diameters up to 30". PS Tapes, paper, nonwovens, laminates, films, fabrics, foils & many specialty webs are easily converted on the 3250. REM's modular knife system enables the operator to roll out a knife cartridge and quickly interchange it with a different slit width or slitting method. Knife modules are available in shear, score, and razor.

Model 3250 rewind stations are pivoted and servo positioned to enable auto minimum gap and center-surface rewinding. Both features are provided on the same machine. The minimum gap feature enables duplex rewinding of narrow slit rolls to large diameters. Sometimes called "PANCAKES". (High Aspect Ratio) The center-surface feature enables rewinding of many products such as non-wovens, papers and laminates.
The REM Model 3250 equipped with pack roll (peel-off) roll on the unwind, splice table, minimum gap, center-surface rewinding, score & razor slitting becomes the ideal pressure sensitive tape slitter.
The REM Model 3250 can be equipped with the features and unique web paths needed for slitting and rewinding of foam tapes to narrow widths and large diameters.
